By accessing and using the services of Wynyard VIP Travel ("we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion. A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking and may vary depending on the service type.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the service booked:

• Airport Transfers: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time
• Corporate Travel: Cancellation terms as per individual contract
• Wedding/Prom Services: Cancellation terms will be specified at time of booking
• Hourly Hire: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled time

Cancellations made after the specified period may incur charges. Please contact us for specific cancellation terms.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate pickup and destination information
• Being ready at the scheduled pickup time
• Ensuring the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle capacity
• Treating vehicles and drivers with respect
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Delays and Force Majeure

We will make every effort to arrive on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or other force majeure events.

7. Vehicle Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or superior standard if the originally booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are fully insured for passenger and third-party liability. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited in our vehicles:

• Smoking or vaping
• Consumption of illegal substances
• Excessive alcohol consumption
• Any illegal activities
• Damaging or defacing vehicle property

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

10. Complaints

If you have any complaints about our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service date. We will investigate and respond to all complaints promptly and fairly.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
